Vicious cycle of fear
From the results of a survey and interview responses, we were able to gather important insights. We learned, that self-reflection and confrontation are essential to avoid falling into the "anxiety cycle." The anxiety cycle perpetuates fear through triggers, distorted thoughts, and avoidance behaviors. Breaking this cycle is crucial to cultivate resilience and healthier coping mechanisms. Confronting feared situations gradually fosters confidence in managing anxiety and reducing reliance on avoidance.
